Great tool box for the money, could have received five stars. The only issue was the shipping company who tried to charge me ($273) for the delivery after I had already paid shipping charges through Amazon. Fortunately someone else had mentioned this in a earlier review and I was ready for it. I told them to take it back, two minutes later they figured it out and delivered it.

Not much to say, it is well-made and holds a ton of tools! Also it matches the lower cabinet I got along with it and makes a nice-looking combination. Drawers slide smoothly and are strong and have nice liners. All in all, it's ideal for a weekend mechanic like myself.

I was unhappy with the quality of the Craftsmen offerings, so went online and found this one with good reviews.

This unit is MUCH better quality that what Craftsmen sells anywhere near this price - to get the equivalent you'd have to pay 2x-3x more.

I'm VERY happy with this purchase; it's a high quality tool chest that looks like it will last. And reasonably priced.

As other reviewers have said, the box it comes in isvery heavy. That's because the metal is thicker and it's better made.

Item arrives with a minor whack in the side off it. Its very heavy so I'm not surprised UPS probably dropped it. Couldn't be bothered to return as had a feeling it would cost more than the item. Its very well made. Solid. Draws slide well. Top comes down and is lockable so access to the top layout area and draws is not possible when closed and locked.

I have this for home and we use another at work, they are wonderful tool chests for the money, even with the shipping. And Appollo shipped it very quickly which I was surprised about. These are really very sturdy chests and I highly recommend them to anyone!
