Do you call your friends faggots without a hint of jest? Are you boorish around women? This album probably isn't for you.

Do you laugh when you go shopping with your significant other? Do you appreciate trees and flowers? Are you the ocean? You might be in the right place.

This mixtape is sick. Truly legendary music right here. His lyrics are amazing. You HAVE to get this. Lil B is a living legend. He really shows love to the fans, as well. Not all artists do that. Swag

First you go to Lil B for the humor. BasedGod has become a living meme, generating hype and popularity with his ridiculous social media pages and music videos. But once you get past the inherent ridiculousness of his music (the "based freestyles" he spits, in which he records a song without any lyrics beforehand, can be pretty awful sometimes, and his reappropriation of rap cliches and terms like "bitch" can be hysterical), you start to realize what a master he is of idiosyncratic hip-hop.

6 Kiss is the real deal. It is a bonafide rap album, with stellar production and lyricism, through the eyes of ODB's Twitter-obsessed illegitimate child. Whether he's waxing poetic on the dangers of capitalism in "Rolls Royce," referring to himself as a "Pretty Bitch," or singing about traveling the world in his soul in "Walk the World," Lil B is enthralling and funny and clever. The beats are just as interesting, sounding like mainstream hip-hop put through a kaleidoscope.

In other words, Lil B is totally getting into, and 6 Kiss is a nearly-flawless entrance to his Based mentality. Another great introduction is God's Father, a 2-hour free mixtape that came out in 2012. Once you've listened to either of these works you will be willing to fight any #FakeBased Lil B haters. Thank You BasedGod!
