I loved this pack! It has the following games, and I shall review each:

Sonic the Hedgehog

A great arcade style game for the Genesis. Sonic is the most widely known Sega character, in my opinion. The game is intermediate in difficulty, and is great fun for anyone. It has six levels, and is the perfect introduction to the Genesis.

Columns

This game is pretty close to tetris, but is still fun. It is better if you have someone to compete against, but is still good on your own. A good game for arcade-like game fans.

Super Hang-On

This game is motorcycle-like. I didn't like it too much because it was hard to race, but is still moderately fun. If you get the hang of it, it is fun.

Streets of Rage

Now, this game is great. You can play it by yourself on many different difficulties, or play with a friend. It is kind of hard, and you need to get the hang of it, but is a great game. I loved this on.

Revenge of Shinobi

This game is pretty neat. You go through many levels, and need to think a lot to beat the bosses. Is a good game if you have a lot of time to play it.

Golden Axe

This game is about as fun as Streets of Rage, but is a little shorter, and the medival setting kind of makes the game a little boring, but does prove to be challenging.

This is one of the best packs on the Genesis, and would tell anyone to get it. You won't be sorry. Great gift.

New Genesis owner? Bam, now you can have 6 of the best Genesis titles ever, all in one cartridge! My friend owned this, and if it weren't for this game, then games like Shinobi, Golden Axe, and Streets of Rage would still be foreign to me. These games are some of the most well known Genesis titles ever to grace a console, now you can own them together.

Games include:

SONIC THE HEDGEHOG- What is there not to love? The most speedy video game character, as well as the highly known Sega character of all time is back! In his very first game too! Alot of cool power-ups that can range from 1-ups, invincibilty, and a power-up that let's you run twice as fast! The game isn't too long,and the bosses for the most part were easy, but collecting all the chaos emerlalds is something else! I would have preferred Sonic 2 or Sonic 3 over this, since you can do alot more and they were alot better, but this classic will have you wondering HOW it can get any better! One of my personal favorites in the Sonic series!

COLUMNS- The #1 Tetris contender is back! In columns, you need to control falling pieces in a board to align them diagonally to eachother to make them dissapear. You can change the color (Tetris was about shapes, columns was more about color) on the falling pieces to try and make a match. I always preferred Tetris, but Columns is a great challenge for any puzzle fans! Things get twice as fun with 2 players!

SUPER HANG-ON- Man I actually always loved this game! Alot of people found it rather difficult and lame, but this has got to be on of the coolest motorcycle racing games ever! Atleast it beat that Excitebike game by Nintendo... Anyways, Imagine you are at the arcades on a motorcycle infront of a screen, now picture yourself with a controller and looking at the game in 16-bit. You control your biker through various landscapes and send others in the dust. Watch out not to rear end them! You need to clear checkpoints before time runs out, and it get's even better when you are feeling brave to shift gears and go twice as fast! There is also a story mode that pits you against other racers to buy newer parts and become #1! The best racing game I have seen on the Genesis!

Golden Axe- Who could forget this medievil arcade beat em up? You take the role of one of three warriors to rid the land of Death Adder and his evil minions, along the way you collect magic (magic varies from each character), and the ability to ride on big purple chicken like beasts with deadly long tails, and fire breathing dragons! The game consists of 8 levels, but the action will have you coming back for more! 2 Player co-op mode doubles the action, but be sure to spare those potions...

Streets of Rage- This is it. The BEST beat em up ever to grace any console ever! You are 3 undercover young adult police officers. Lately there was a crime organization taking over cities and streets, and only you can stop them. Grab pipes, swing bats, even smash beer bottles and throw knives in your opponents throats! Pull off cool moves to show everyone why they should back off if they wanna mess with you! Call in support! Overwhelmed by enemies, or having a hard time with a boss? Send the coppers over with a rocket launcher which causes a circle of flame that will scorch your enemies! The game is longer than Golden Axe, as well has harder; the bosses are tough and sometimes require stragety, the stages are longer with hordes of enemies ready to take you down and cool levels like being on a ship sailing the rough stormy water in the night, to riding an elevator to the top of the city. This game has some of the coolest music on the Genesis, and any action fans will adore this game! 2 player co-op only makes things better! Do you have what it takes to save the city and clear the Streets of Rage?

THE REVENGE OF SHINOBI- Ahh Shinobi, my personal favorite video game Ninja, and my personal favorite in this collection as well. Although the far superior Shinobi III probably should have been the one to be in this collection, Revenge of Shinobi was always the most popular one (don't ask me why), but it will always have you wondering why you loved Ninja Gaiden so much! In Revenge of Shinobi, you are Joe Musashi, aka Shinobi; the most badass Ninja to take on a world of chaos! Your Master has been killed by the sinister Neo Zeed and his army of darkness, and worse, he captured your girl-friend! Are you gonna stand by and let the world you once loved fall to ruin? If not, strap on your Ninja uniform, equip your knives, and pack those shurikens (throwing knives)! This is one adventure you won't forget! In RoS, you, as a ninja of honor, must rid all the other wannabe ninja's, as well as samurai's, soldiers with machine guns, attack dogs, flamethrower men, and more. Your main arsenal is (with deadly ninja skill might I add) tossing shurikens at your opponents. Or, if you run out, ot if you are simply in close combat when things get personal, Musashi (Shinobi) will quickly slaughter anyone in his path with his deadly dagger. You can also obtain a power-up that increases the damage of your shurikens, and you get to use a sword in close combat! You can also use Ninja Magic known as Jitsu, and the ability to double jump and hurl several shurikens at opponents below you waiting to be slaughtered (no Ninja is complete without these abilities)! The bosses are tough, but Jitsu allows you to summon flames of death, barrier yourself in lightining, allow yourslef to jump freakishly high (with cool effects too!), or even sacrifice yourself to deal damage to your foes (takes 1 life after each use, be sure you have alot of lives when using this). Each Jitsu (exluding the sacrifice, which can be used unlimitedly, at the cost of 1 life per use) can be used once per every time you die, unless you find a power-up on a level, then the number of Jitsu's (ninja magic) you can use increases by 1. Jitsu comes in real handy during boss fights, speaking of which, the bosses are pretty cool! Some require certain methods to hit them, and you will meet unexpected foes such as the Terminator and even the web slinger SpiderMan himself! Lol I am not joking, they are bosses in this game! I bet their just jealous that they aren't skillful Ninja's like Musashi (you), so go out an teach em a lesson! Alright ninja, your mission is clear, your training has proved you nearly invincible. You fear no opponent, and you fight for honor and pride. Now, go, young Ninja, and save your Girlfriend!

Well there is the rundown. Alot to say, I know, but I love these games so much, and I'm so happy the genesis could bring together 6 games that stood out to be classics in the 16-bit days of gaming. With this being so cheap now to find, yet filled with hours of enjoyment, plus the genres range so there is something for everybody! You can't go wrong here!

Today, I bought a Genesis. I saw this, and got it too. Anybody that's starting off with Genesis should buy this.

Great game! We all know Sonic! Play as Sonic through 6 challanging and addictive worlds to defeat Dr. Robotnik!

Golden Axe

A fun beat 'em up in midevial times! Play as 3 guys and use magic and weapons to defeat your enimies!

Streets of Fury

Another beat 'em up. Play as 3 officers that are trying to defeat a criminal orginization.

Columns

A puzzle game where you match the colors of gems!

Revenge of Shinobi

A fun action game where you need to solve puzzles and kill ninjas!
