Crock Pot Smart Set - Black
Wow! I love this Crock Pot! The probe cooks the meat perfectly. I also love the hinged lid and the fact the condensation falls back into the pot, not on the counter top. It also comes with a cookbook with some pretty tasty recipes. I have not tried the dual cooking mode yet but if you need to cook on two different temps and you will not be home the feature would be pretty handy.

I finally got a roast that's not like leather with the auto cook temp probe. However, the lid parts are cheap plastic. after the second use, the handle in the center fell off. the plastic connector thing had completely melted away. The hinge feature is falling apart as well. I'm sure this is a discontinued product, so I'm happy to put up with it for the great success I'm having in cooking.
