This review is from: 60 Hikes within 60 Miles: St. Louis (60 Hikes - Menasha Ridge) (Paperback)
I bought this with some nice aluminum water bottles for a gift. It has a lot of good suggestions for hikes in and around the St. Louis area. A lot of them are don't require too much driving to get to the location which is nice for those that don't want to make a whole day event out of it, but it also offers some fun day trip ideas.

This is easily the most superbly detailed hiking guidebook for the St. Louis area that I've ever seen. The author has actually hiked every trail he writes about and I plan to make good use of this book.
