Editorial Reviews

Airdate: 05/13/07 Ali Abbas lost most of his family and both of his arms when a stray American bomb hit his home outside Baghdad. A photo of Ali -- age 12, badly burned, lying in a hospital bed -- made front-page news and led to an outpouring of support. Four years later, Ali attends an exclusive private school in England and is interested in drawing, bicycle riding, and girls. Every summer he goes back to Iraq and revisits the life he left behind. Bob Simon reports.

5.0 out of 5 stars My Husband, Dr. Sean Breen! June 14, 2007
By TYB
I only sat in front of the TV and the internet to catch a glimpse of my husband as he served as a physician in Iraq for 9 months in the begining of the war, only to finally see the back of his head, 3 years later, as he transported Ali to another hospital. I never thought the back of his bald, white head, in a fraction-of-a-second clip, could make my heart jump like it did!, dispite the fact that this was filmed 3 years ago and I am just seeing in '07! I love that man! TYB.
