Editorial Reviews

Airdate: 10/12/08 This 390-lb. Cuban-American was so good at fooling Italian mobsters into believing he was one of them that a Gambino family capo offered to make him a member of the mob. In this interview with Armen Keteyian, former FBI agent Joaquin "Jack" Garcia says he learned at FBI "mob school" how to pass himself off as an Italian gangster -- how to talk, eat, and dress like a mobster -- in an investigation that brought down the hierarchy of the Gambino crime family.

A truly remarkable story of an American hero, someone to risk it all to obtain justice against violent and prosperous criminals. They just don't make guys like this anymore. Great story, great ending too.

I first saw FBI Agent Jack Garcia on 60 minutes and after reading his book quickly became an instant fan. This guy is an amazing man who accomplished amazing things in his 26 years as an undercover agent for the FBI. It is because of people like him that we sleep soundly and safely at night. He is a tremendous person and FBI Agent who is a true Patriot and undercover extrodinaire. I bought his tape to share with my friends and simply because when Steven Soderberg completes his movie on Agent Garcia, I can always remind my friends that I was a fan of his way back when. The FBI must be very proud of this Agent and his accomplishments as are those who read and hear his stories.

Should I or Shouldn't I buy this video???? The story about this amazing Mafia crime fighter is great! When I first saw the segment on 60 Minutes I knew I had to get the book, and let me tell you, the book was an awesome read, but the book is, if you can believe it, so much better than the show! When I saw this video for sale, I thought long and hard about buying it. That's a lot of money for a 60 minute segment, but I decided to anyway. If you missed this 60 minute segment and you do not want to buy it, then try to catch it when it's replayed because it is truly an amazing story.

It says the run time of the DVD is 11 minutes! Who wants to pay $17.95 for an 11 minute TV clip from "60 Minutes"?
You really need a special reason to buy this DVD!
