Airdate 09/27/09 Irving Picard, the man in charge of recovering assets from Ponzi scheme king Bernard Madoff, tells Morley Safer that there is about $18 billion still out there that he hopes to recover for victims of the scam. But it won't be easy. Besides the Madoff family, Picard will also being suing and pursuing those Madoff clients who were paid out more money than they put in. And, he suspects, there is plenty of money stashed overeases.
