I bought this pool for my home waterbirth. It was a great (and inexpensive!!) investment. The floor is nice and cushy, which was great in labor, but I would imagine would be fun to play in too if you're using it as a kiddie pool. The sides are nice and thick and strong for leaning on, etc. This was a great purchase. I look forward to my daughter playing in the pool she was born in someday!

This is the second pool like this I have purchased. I used one several years ago for the birth of my baby, and just bought another for the upcoming birth of our next baby. It works great for laboring and delivering in. I wouldn't want to do it any other way! Much cheaper than those expensive birth pools you can rent.

We used this pool for a home birthing pool. It was the deepest we could find with a small diameter. It could have been a litte deeper, but overall it worked great for the price. Mom, Dad and two year old sister all fit fine. The cushioned bottom was a bonus.

I have set this pool up for three different labours, and it is wonderful. If you are looking for an inexpensive birth pool, this is it. It isn't as strong as some of the real birth pools (ie. you can't really lean on the sides) but is is a fraction of the price. I would recommend it for sure.

And, after I'm done with it, my kids always want to get in and play!

This pool came as described and allowed both an adult and child to be in it at the same time. Because of its depth, a small child can't be left alone in or near the pool when it has water in it. I think therefore that this design is excellent because children will have to be monitored while in this pool.

They must not make them like they used to. We are (were) using this pool for balls. The 2nd morning, it was already deflated. I'm tired of returning items...so I'll try to find the hole (s) and patch, but otherwise this is going in the trash. Which is a real bummer because the floor is padded. The last one had 3 separate rings that inflated. This only had 1.

The size was perfect for where I needed to put it. My son was ecstatic when he received it in the mail. It arrived within a few days after ordering. My son was only able to use it twice before it tore. When pulling the plug open to drain it the plug itself ripped right off the bottom of the pool. The little patch kit that came with the pool was no match for the damage. We had to throw it away. The pool is cute and a nice size. An adult can fit in with a child just like the picture shows. I hope others have better luck than we did.

We used this as our first birth pool. After only SITTING in it for a few hours, it sprung an air leak. Some emergency duct tape action held it together for the rest of the labor & delivery, but needless to say I cannot recommend this pool.
