I'm very pleased with this exercise ball. The pump was very easy to use and the ball has held up nicely. I'm definitely glad I didn't spend more!

I liked that it came with a pump but when I went to pump up the ball the nozzle broke. I wasn't using much force either. Without that nozzle we wouldn't have been able to blow it up but my husband rigged it and blew it up with the air compressor. I'm still able to use it and it's better than nothing.

First, the pump that came with this product completely fell apart on its first use. I wasn't able to pump up the ball for weeks until I found a friend who had an electric pump I could borrow. In that time, I foolishly threw out the box and receipt thinking once I had it blown up it would be fine. I ordered a 65cm ball, the box it came in said it was a 65cm ball, the measuring tape came with it said it's for a 65cm ball - but the ball itself is no where near 65cm. I don't know what size it is but it's way to small and comes no where near filling the measuring tape. It's too small for what I need and now I'm stuck with it. I will never order J Fit anything again.

I purchased this almost a year ago from Amazon, and if it has lost any air, it's a very, very small amount. Love the pearl white color, and the quality of the materials seems excellent. Had a small issue with the nozzle on the air pump being defective, but that was corrected immediately by Amazon's Customer Service.
