Crazy evangelist alert, May 5, 2002
By A Customer
This review is from: 666: The Final Warning (Paperback)
One wonders if religious doomsday prophets will ever learn? Insurance salesman Gary Blevins 1990 book is his first and final entry in the genre and an amusing look back at the millennial madness. Like many before him, he fails miserably on all but the most obvious of his predictions. Unlike the endless releases from Hal Lindsey and Tim Lahaye, I suspect Blevins won't ever be back for a sequel. It is somewhat disturbing that Blevins is still selling this book via mail order, as if it was anything but hogwash. Even more alarming fact is that evangelists who should know better twelve years later are still trotting out the same tired arguments as if it was still 1990. Blevin's "bible code" was one of the early and most amateur attempts at the current craze of Bible numerology, and his addition of marauding UFO's destroying major cities certainly adds some spice to his story, but it has zero credibility today. I'll leave the final word to the amusing Mr Blevins: "Most real theologians in our day flatly state that we will not see the year 2000 before the Lord returns! I strongly agree with that statement."

It's true, It's true, Ronald Reagan was and is the antichrist., December 23, 2006
This review is from: 666: The Final Warning (Paperback)
Jesus is back. Ronald Reagan was the antichrist. There will be money with his picture on it; the one dollar coin that goes into production in 2016. And there is a talking doll in the image and likeness of Ronald Reagan. There is a Masonic agenda in which a man is made into god. That is why Reagan was the first to take the oath of office facing the Washington monument. I am not sure of all of the details of the Masonic Christ, but to the extent that it is not common knowledge and hidden in the secrecies of the Lodge it can not be very productive. "Let there be light." If the practices of the higher levels of Masonry are not anything to worry about it is time for them to come out of the Congress Courts, Cops, and Counselors of our land. I mention all of this as Ronald Reagan was made an honorary 33rd degree Mason with all that entrails. As for Blevins claim that the Christ will return before 2000, I have to wonder where everyone was when I broke into Ronald Reagans home to bring the news that he was the antichrist. Anti as in the opposite of me. The Christ. I have appeared on National Television several times and am a regular on the Howard Stern show. Wake up America!!! This IS your final warning. Using money with Reagan's picture on it will send you to the lake of fire and brimstone, especially if you were hell bent on sending gays and others there. If I am lying I am dying. But if I'm not I plan on fulfilling the scripture as written. You are either with me or you are against me. In order for you to make an informed decision I have published a book entitled Ronald Reagan: Image of the Beast which is available here at Amazon.com

666 and the Number of the Beast, December 13, 2000
This review is from: 666: The Final Warning (Paperback)
I got this book from a friend who studys and collects books about the end of the world. This book is lavishly illistrated and conains several importent predictions about the comeing of the beast. I hate to give the end away but the Antichrist turns out to be none other then R. Reagan! This shocking revalation is based on te use of a number system that turns Reagans name into the number 666. According to this book he will return in 1996 to cast us all into the lake of fire starting with New York City. He will be aided in this task by the usual suspects: Alians, evil super computers, satan, masons, and barcodes. This book is copyrighted 1990 and predicts that the world will end by the year 2000. Today the year 2000 nearly over and Reagan is tragicly ill. Although hopelessly out of date it is still a wonderful look at the world of parinoia and fringe culture for people who like this sort of thing. At least the pictures are nice.
