Product Description
This 30-page booklet targets those who are bothered with doubts about themselves — their life and their beliefs — and feel trapped by Logic, that little voice in the head which can never be still. The author cautions that listening and learning from that voice can require courage, but doing so is the easy way to sanity. Logic can dispel all the agonies over doubts regarding "lessons", since childhood, which do not seem to fit all the other things we have been told, seen, or experienced. Confronting and then using logic will even make life fun! Readers who do not know history (most people) can easily find themselves feeling guilty (all religions) and inadequate socially (all cultures). Because these negative feelings take the joy out of life, the quick lessons and short essays presented here are fun to read as well as informative, but Chapter-12 will be shocking to those who are not ready to accept a new "reality".
From the Author
Mental health for the working class depends on acknowledging reality, not denial. (If you get paid by the hour you are "working class" even if you drive a middle-class Volvo and own an in-ground swimming pool. Deal with it). To accept what is real takes courage, an ability less abundant among your gated-community neighbors. The surprise for my readers is how easy it is to join the ranks of those who can keep their eyes open. Take heart then!
