I had high hopes for this book, yet I was disappointed. It seemed like a Power Point presentation where the "big ideas" were key but lacking in the day to day nitty gritty of how to incorporate them into the business. I was hoping for e-commerce tips, tricks, and techniques, and this thin little book didn't heavily persue this area. If you'ld like the "big picture", though, the book is great.
