This very practical approach to good health through instigating sensible habits into our everyday lifestyle is extremely helpful. As a 66 yr old male I am pleased with how I measured up by doing much of this instinctively, but there is always something new that adds value and I found that in Scotts book. It isn't hard and it is worthwhile in this sedentary, processed food era. Well executed and full of common sense.

Your health is your greatest asset and this book is fantastic at helping you to stay on track. He gives some fantastic tips and includes an explanation and action for each one of them.
