Ups and Downs,

This is a very light bo, compared to the ash ones that I'd used before. It has a lot of *snap*, a lot of flex, and I like that. However, the finish was sort of rough. Once-in-a-while I got a splinter, until I'd used it for a while.

The product was shipped timely. The only negative thing I can say is that it didn't mention anything about a "tapered" end. When holding it you can feel that one end is heavier than the other, making it alittle difficult to swing around (it can just fly right outta reach). But, for me and how I use a bo/staff it adds challenge and depth (I double my weapon as an oversized-katana) to character of my weapon.
