I am outfitting all my bathrooms with Delta's Victorian hardware collection.
These are well made and comes with all the hardware for installation. These bathroom accessories are well made and look outstanding. A good investment. In my opinion, spending any more than this is a waste.

This towel bar is nice, sturdy, and fits really well in the small space we had available. The installation was pretty easy. We followed the included instructions for securing it to drywall without studs, and it worked well, except for the suggested size of the drill bit. The suggested size is 1/4" which is really pretty big for the hardware. The holes were so big that the plastic "grips" for the screws just turned in the holes when we tried to turn in the screws. With two people we could force the grips to hold still while we fastened the brackets to the wall--but it was a pain. In the future, I would try the next smallest drill bit--you can always make the hole bigger...
Other than that little issue with the instructions, it really looks very classy. The rest of the installation was very simple and easy and would otherwise be a one-person job. Despite the size of the screw holes, the bar is still really secure against the walls and does not flex with moderate pressure.
