In this day and age with corporate restructuring the norm as opposed to the exception, this book makes a great resource for seasoned managers as well as all members of the team. As a manager, you will be better prepared to handle the changes that are impacting your team and keep everyone motivated to succeed. As a team member, you will recognize opportunities to create value for your team and distinguish yourself from the crowd.

Having just gone through a few rounds of change myself, I found the sections on communication, decision making and change management to be invaluable! And on a lighter, but equally important, note I had to smile at the tips on running a successful and productive meeting as not nearly enough people understand these concepts!

Highly recommend this for anyone leading or participating on a team!
