4.0 out of 5 stars Basic beans.
This pamphlet is a basic guide to types of beans, how to prepare them, and then use them in recipes. For what it is--small pamphlet-- it is adequate. I would rate it 3.5 stars because it would have been nice to have more up-to-date info on bean usage, as well as more recipes.
