Terrific snotty old-school style punk rawk, August 15, 2000
This review is from: 8 X 12 (Audio CD)
A band that doesn't get a whole lotta press (except from Duane Peters and the US Bombs) but should, as they produce some perfect punk rock. Very '77-ish, catchy, not too fast, great for singalongs and pogo-ing. And I should mention that The Stitches are a totally different band from L.E.S. Stitches. The Stitches are the real deal, LES Stitches sound like a bad Rancid record. The only drawback to this CD is the brevity, only 8 songs. BUT it's the only CD that The Stitches have currently available, so do yourself a favor and pick it up.

The Stitches put on one hell of a show and now you can hear it on CD! They kill Shane McGowan's "That woman has got me drinkin'". The only shortcoming was the lack of length of the CD. We want to see more!!!!

This CD rocks! The Stitches have been putting out 45" records for quite sometime. This is there first LP re-released on CD now all we can hope for is a relase on the other stuff theyve done! This one has two cover songs on it the first being mentioned already and the second is a great cover of La Paste's Better Off Dead.
