As an apprentice Naturopath, I really enjoyed this book. Often a patient is experiencing symptoms that are side effects of the prescription pills they're taking. The book is informative and full of practical hints for maintaining and improving health.

I thought the book was very interesting ,the way you can read about the medicine that we take witout calling the doctor....
