I am an international customer and my country's gsm frequencies are 850/1900 Mhz. I live in a valley on the other side of cell towers and I don't get a signal at all indoors. If I go outside I sometimes get a weak signal. I purchased this system complete kit with all the connectors, cables and antennas. When I connected up all the items I thought it was not working because my indoor signal was still 0%. However, once i stood within a few feet in front of the indoor panel antenna my signal rose to 100% and did not fluctuate! I tried both outdoor antenna types - dual band yagi and the supplied outdoor dual band antenna with equally excellent results. I can now make/ receive calls and use GPRS to surf the net without any problems whatsoever. I highly recommend this system and I am thinking about purchasing an additional wilson system for my car! Great product!

We have had this amplifier for about five years now with no troubles. The time when we purchased this we had no cell service in our house at all and were lucky if we could make a call outside. Installed the amp and bingo you can talk any where in the house you want.
It seem like alot of money but if you use your cell phone and not your land line it will pay itself in less than a year. These amplifiers are the best money one can spend if you don't have very good service in your area. Plug it in and never have to worry about it again.

I've used the two Wilson systems over the last six months. One was a mobile unit and the other an extended small office unit. They have both done a good job as intended.
The basic problem was a fringe range area just outside of cell phone reliability. I could get calls outdoors, but nothing indoors. It was just on the edge. The unit runs well even when not hooked up exactly as recommended. I have used a mobile antenna taped to a window and the in car antenna for the relay. This works. I've also got the dome interior antenna and yagi for improved performance. These are in waiting for implementations. Easily improves calls. Have used on Verizon service. We also use this unit for two co-workers homes at the office. Both perform well and as expected.

This amp actually allows me to get Verizon service like their coverage map says. I use it in the RV, in the car, and at home. It does the job.
And Wilson customer service is superb.

I had tried a zBoost system (2 actually) and coulod not get reliable cell phone service. With the Wilson SOHO amplifier, a Yagi PCS external antenna and the flat square directional indoor antenna I get functional service.

My company has a very high requirement for this cell phone amplifier to keep in touch with our customers. We have two office buildings that are all metal and the cell phone signal will not allow us to use our cell phones even with the tower less than two miles away. Cell phones are the major communication line with our outside sales and owners of the company. We did have a minor problem with one that failed one day and that was a hectic day since you had to step outside to talk on the cell phone. The Wilson dealer that we bought the unit from handle the exchange very quickly and we where back up and running the next day. The units are also very helpful when we our primary phone line goes down to weather and have calls forward to our cells phones. Yes I would recommend this product for someone that requires a very good cell phone signal if you want to keep in touch with the outside world.

I installed this in a motorhome. We had some initial problems which turned out to be where I installed the inside antenna. Wilson sent me new amplifier and a new antenna at no charge and worked well with me to solve my problems. The tech department was very responsive and very knowledgeable.

I own 2 Wilson Boosters (1 mobile & 1 in building) and they are the best! i have traveled around the country in very remote areas and my house in the mountains has no coverage with out this and it works great for our Verizon Wireless internet service for our laptops. Handles my phone and notebook at the same time.

I live in a metal bulding - original 5,ooo sq ft with an additional 3,000 sq ft add on - metal walls divide the two buidings. I put a SoHo in the add on for air card reception for home computer usage. We live in a rural area and satalite reception is the only access to the internet, neighbors have intermitent speed and reception, this is not an alternative we wanted to consider. The SoHo has dual band reception of 800 and 1,900 cycles for voice and data reception. Went from 1 bar to 4 bars in the new addition, no bars in the main barn area. I called the dealer in LA and he suggested a "booster amp" to hang in the main barn - I now have 4 bars at 75 feet. We still have all the "kinks" of rural cell phone reception, however, when the signs/weather is right, we have 4 bar reception. Installation process is idiot proof and the dealer support was superb. Although not for the faint at heart - I have about $850 in the complete system. The original lead for Wison products came from our local Radio Shack manager that I have known for 30+ years. I looked long and hard for information to resolve my dilema, the Wilson products provided my solution.
