NO TEMPERATURE GUAGE! How can this even be called a 'Smoker'?,

THE FACTS: this thing is $40-dollars more than the Nordic Ware, but has no temperature guage! Nuf said.Anybody who 'smokes' KNOWS you have to keep your eye on the temperature... temperature is EVERYTHING. So, why these people created this 'smoker-POSER' is beyond me. Does anyone over at their 'design studio' understand how to 'smoke' food at all? Sheesh. Because there is absolutely no viable way to 'smoke' properly without a temperature guage, you can't even call this RIDICULOUSLY-DESIGNED, and then staggeringly OVER-PRICED, pan anything other than JUNK. Pass on this one, as it will not perform the way you need it to perform... unless, of course, you like throwing $100-dollar-bills down the drain. |
