I am a jogger and needed some more songs to put on my IPOD. The songs on this CD were great reminding me of the 80's, but are remade with a great beat. They put a smile on my face while I am jogging and even helps with the tough uphill runs. Highly recommend this if you are familiar with 80's music.

This cd is a steady 133 beats per minute and is wonderful! - Talk about speeding up a workout. I never knew I was going so slow. Another one that is fun to listen to before, during or after a workout. Fun!

If you skip around on the CD to get an idea of the music, it all sounds the same. But it isn't, and the upbeat beat of each song will keep you "in the groove" of a great workout until you're finished.
