5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic price, great quality, easy install and huge improvement over stock!
I ordered this unit for my '92 lincoln town car, the big selling point being the low price and the aux input. Installation was very easy, took me about 30 minutes. I used crimp connectors with the solidly constructed and clearly labeled wiring harness, when i listened to it for the first time i couldn't believe the improvement in sound quality with my OEM speakers! 3.0 out of 5 stars Decent unit
I neglected to read the reviews before I bought this as a replacement to my older Pioneer unit, and am regretting it. The sound level is not quite as high as I expected volume wise, and, as previous reviewers have mentioned, I has a tendency to change stations and not read burnt CDs. Also, I noticed last night that when it's cold (around 25-30 degrees F) the touch panel...

Aside from that, the unit has a clean looking faceplate, a very nice touch panel, and the lcd is the perfect brightness. Setting it all up and getting your eq's dialed in is a breeze. I'm happier with this stereo than many pioneer or alpine head units i've tried. If you're looking to upgrade your factory head unit with one for a great price and nice, simple features you just found it.

3.0 out of 5 stars Decent unit, January 29, 2012

I neglected to read the reviews before I bought this as a replacement to my older Pioneer unit, and am regretting it. The sound level is not quite as high as I expected volume wise, and, as previous reviewers have mentioned, I has a tendency to change stations and not read burnt CDs. Also, I noticed last night that when it's cold (around 25-30 degrees F) the touch panel does not function properly; changing the CD took awhile because the remote (which works well most of the time) has no eject button.

So, it's a decent unit if you're going for looks, but if you want kick @$$ sound you may want to keep looking.

2.0 out of 5 stars Not good enough, November 16, 2011

This head unit doesn't live up to my standards functionally or operationally. The controls are too close together and they operate by themselves sometimes. It changes sources, radio stations, and other functions whenever it wants to. It doesn't read CDs recorded from PCs very well. It has to many defects/bugs that haven't been worked out. I'm not happy with it at all.
