I've owned this album for nearly 20 years and it never gets stale. Thompson has a beautiful touch on the piano and the audio quality is just about perfect. The choice of tunes is excellent and his interpretations of Jelly Roll Morton will inspire many listeners want to learn more about that early innovator of jazz. Buy it new. Buy it used. But don't pass this one by.
