This PMP is of very good quality and it appears to be a lot more expensive than it actually is, The Screen has very good resolution The downside is the lighting, it's not bright enough So you will have trouble when watching in daylight and viewing dark scenes, it also has a small problem with the viewing angle where it's hard to see if it's pointing straight at you, you will have to tilt the player and find a good comfortable viewing angle, if you want this pmp for music i recommend it but for watching videos i don't recommend it, Overall This PMP is worth it's price

The player can play rmvb and xvid files without conversion. For this capability, it is better than Samsung YP-P2. With Samsung player, I have to convert xvid and rmvb files to svi format. It took about 40 minutes. On the design quality side, Samsung YP-P2 is much better than this mp5 player. The surface of this mp5 player looks cheap. It looks great on the website, but in reality, it is made of cheap material. Also, this mp5 player main weakness is that the screen is not bright enought to watch a video in daylight. I can only watch the video at night or in a dark room. This player does not have a touch screen, so it took me a while to get use to the control. The music sound good on this player. If this player had brighter screen, I would give it a four stars. This player looks about the same as RAmos 970. I will buy a name brand mp5 player next time.

I first must say that the one I received came from China. It was an amazingly fast delivery considering it came from China. Second, the media player I received didn't look much like the one that's in the picture above. The one I have, I have 3 buttons on the side. In the pic above there aren't any buttons.
The player functions pretty well. The software it came with it's very hard to get music on the player using it. I resulted to copy and pasting my mp3 to the player by folder to folder. Most of the time when I start the software, the player goes unrecognized by my computer. I thought that was weird lol. Lastly, the battery life SUCKS! If you are a traveler, DO NOT get this media player. I'll charge my player all night, when I take it with me and use it for about 5-10 minutes the 1st bar of the battery goes! What the heck? So I don't advise this for travelers.

Perfect for my needs,
This review is from: 3" 8gb 16:9 Wide Mp3 Mp4 Mp5 Rmvb Rm Avi Fm Player (Electronics)
I bought this player before, but lost it and so I'm buying it again because it fit the profile of exactly what I needed.
First off the player does not look like it does in the picture, but that worked out perfect for me because I was using the player mostly while at work(music not allowed), and because of its slim design and built-in speaker, I could put it up under the side of my hat just above my ear and listen to music without anyone else knowing. The other nice thing was that it has buttons on the top side of the player(put under the hat for speaker to be close to hear would make it upside down) and one was the pause button, making it very easy to hit while also making it look like I was scratching my ear or so if anyone came around to talk to me. Lastly, I did not want a touch screen because of the way I use it at work, along with the fact that I skateboard so I don't want to deal with it changing songs or doing something other then what I want while in my pocket with all my movement. All in all this was a great product for me till I lost it, and that's why I'm waiting for the new one to come. The only bad thing I can say is that the button's do seem a little cheap/loose and video is dim if its not dark, but I'm also a night person so that doesn't effect me much either. |
