Stephen's book centers on "finding your voice", your calling and is a great follow-up to the first seven habits. The hardback includes a GREAT DVD of powerfully moving video's. I give the book away whenever I can and bought a seperat copy of the DVD from Covey to use in classes I teach.

I bought this book with lots of inspiration and basically it is not worth a penny, very very bad written, disorganazied, hard to follow.

Once again my favorite author Stephen R. Covey did not let me down. He presented the idea of achieving greatness as a habit. Fantastic book to read. I read through this few times and still get different insights every time I read this book.
