5.0 out of 5 stars what a groove
I am shamelessly behind when it comes to new club mixes. This caught my ear one night out a few months back, and I finally got off my duff and bought a copy. What a great groove. A great song, incredible remix, not oversung. Perfect.

1.0 out of 5 stars Overrated non-talent, like The Duck!
The girl is tone-deaf and off-key and she can't sustain notes; in short: she can't sing. She's untalented and fat, and as someone has pointed out, is better off in law school where she can practice her being obnoxious. She's no different from that other overrated non-singer Donald Duck Barrino.

5.0 out of 5 stars You People Are Disgusting, February 25, 2005
This review is from: 8th World Wonder: The Remixes (Audio CD)
Wow. I think it's really disgusting that you're using an excuse like "She's fat" as a reason to not like a person. Kimberley Locke has a great voice and is an unnoticed talent. I would recommend her above all other American Idol alums and above non-AI artists as well. She is in no way pompous as you say, either.

5.0 out of 5 stars So glad she's releasing club friendly mixes!, April 15, 2005
This review is from: 8th World Wonder: The Remixes (Audio CD)
Well, although the mixes on here aren't by some of the bigger names in club remixing, the two full length dance mixes are excellent. The Elektrik Kompany Club mix is straight forward house club, and the Hi-bias extended club mix is a prettier, commercial dance track (my personal favorite of the two). The only surprise is that her vocals are rather mellow, and she doesn't tap into that full-throated soulful, Robin S type of power she has, which would sound awesome on a more aggressive club track. But, it's still early, so we'll see what's next for Ms. Locke.

WOW! I'm very impressed with these remixes! I espesially like the second to the last track. I love the sounds. Great disco on the second track! I LOVE it! Kimberly is of my favorite pop singers that doesn't do Christian music. This is great if you're a fan of disco, pop, and remixes. Enjoy! Kimberly, you ROCK!

Kimberley has such a pure voice on this song! It is not oversung like most of the other former contestants- she stays the same, just stronger. The video to this song is great- visit launch@yahoo. K-Lo had my votes back in 2003 and still has them now!

5.0 out of 5 stars A pleasantly surprising sound from her, March 23, 2004

When my friend told me that Kimberley Locke had a single out, I was expecting a slow ballad. Not that I wouldn't have enjoyed it, because she was my favorite during American Idol and I loved all of her performances. It was just nice to buy this CD and hear that the single is not a ballad, but is done in a style I had not heard from her. The song works with her voice. I enjoyed each remix of the song, and am anxiously awaiting Kimberley's CD. I'm proud of my Peaches 'N Cream!

5.0 out of 5 stars Kimberley locke is amazing!, March 7, 2005
This review is from: 8th World Wonder: The Remixes (Audio CD)
Kimberley Locke has one of the best voices in music to come around in a long time.. these remixes are really excellent also! Kim has had numerous appearances on television and her career is going strong. Can't wait for her next cd where she can showcase her talent. I am so glad Kimberley is recording, also check out her single on the Disneymania 3 cd, it is breathtaking!

This is one of the few good song worth the listen from any American Idol contestants, Kimberley Locke sounds so perfectly fit and pop here, reminds me a bit of Leann Rimes poptunes, this is an easy goin' song, worth to climb the charts all the way to the top, not as oversung like any Clarkson song, and not as boring as any Studdard song. Just a simple driven pop song about sdevoted love, great mixes too. Paula Abdul, Simon, and Randy where right with Kimberley.
