Awesome!
This cedar plank is wonderful! It is not like the one-use bbq planks. This one goes in your oven and can be used over and over. The wonderful smoky taste it gives to fish and poultry is amazing. I'm ordering several for Christmas gifts this year. After trying the Signature Salmon recipe, my family decided that there is no point in preparing salmon any other way...

Rip Off
What a complete rip off. The 5" by almost 6" cookbook that comes with it is maybe worth 2 dollars( I think they used card stock for the cover anyway ). Your better off getting plain planks(more planks and alot cheaper). Save your money for better products this isn't one of them.

This cedar plank is wonderful! It is not like the one-use bbq planks. This one goes in your oven and can be used over and over. The wonderful smoky taste it gives to fish and poultry is amazing. I'm ordering several for Christmas gifts this year. After trying the Signature Salmon recipe, my family decided that there is no point in preparing salmon any other way! This is a sturdy cooking board that will last indefinitely if properly cared for. Ours is still going strong after several years of frequent use.
