To be fair, I had read a lot of pregnancy nutrition material by the time I got to reading this book, so there wasn't really anything amazing in the book for me. It is very clear and is a quick read which was good. I hadn't found one great book on the subject I really liked, just got lots of info from different sources and tried to eat healthy as I could.
