Now you can get these lightweight laminated wood boards called Paulownia, ready to break, at a much lower price then you pay at the hardware store. Like any martial arts practice, breaking should be practiced under the supervision of a qualified master. Each board measures: 11.5" x 8.75" x 0.375." There are 90 boards per box.
