The drought of good home wine making books is over. The author provides step by step instructions on the art and science of home wine making. Excellent for both the novice and the experienced wine maker. I found the tables, particularly those on conversions of brix to alcohol, very helpful. Also the wine recipes look great!! I will let you know how they work out when I try them. I was however disappointed in the pictures and hope that the next editions include actual photos of the author and his wine making chums.
