The Quality Excellence for Suppliers of Telecomm Forum has developed the first set of quality system requirements for this specific industry standards. Among the many qualities of this title are the General Metrics Requirements and Common, Hard- and Software, and Services Metrics. A thorough Glossary is also included in the book. Its only flaw is to be at times too specific, and at other times too generalistic. This book is,however, essential part for those who work or are interested in the Telecomm industry.
