Failed after 6 weeks,
This review is from: 90W Ultraslim Ac/dc Combo Adapter (Electronics)
I purchased this item in early February, and the vehicle power adapter failed by the end of March.
This is a shame because the design & capabilities of this set are GREAT for road warriors (one small charger for phone and laptop in vehicle or on commercial power). Lenovo won't honor the 1 year warranty unless you buy directly from [...] (per Lenovo support tickets 30THQSD and 30THMMJ). Amazon won't allow this to be returned for a full refund, or exchanged for a working unit because more than 30 days have passed since purchase. I can return to Amazon for a partial refund -- they will refund some part of $100 after I pay to send it back to them (who knows if they will pay $5 or $50). All in all, this promising device is now a $100 paperweight. If you still want to buy one, spend an extra $20 to buy it directly from [...].

This power adapter is excellent and very versatile! It allows you to plug your ThinkPad right into the car's cigarette lighter--I no longer need to haul my AC to DC inverter around. I use it at home to power my ThinkPad. I even purchased the adapter to charge my cell phone while working on my computer. It comes with a nice mesh bag to keep everything together. It is light and very easy to take with you!

Weight is claimed to be 14oz, but in reality it is 20oz all told.
I bought this to replace my Lenovo X200's AC adapter which weighs in at about 10.5 oz with the cables. I wanted an adapter for travel that will charge USB devices and my laptop at the same time while the laptop is turned off. I figured that 14oz was acceptable for the additional airline and car DC capabilities, but discovered that the 14oz rating of this product is just for the main brick and cables for AC charging. Adding in the DC adapter, the splitter (to charge two devices), and the USB plug brings the total weight to 20oz. Additionally, this adapter takes up much more volume in my luggage in the previous adapter. The main brick is nice and slim, but there are many additional parts. Perhaps it is still easier to pack since all of the parts can be spread out. There are rarely power outlets available at the seat on the airlines and routes that I fly, so I just can't justify doubling the adapter weight. I'll just leave my laptop on and charge usb devices from its ports. Product appears to be perfectly functional, from a quick test.
