I love the way it looks with my new stainless steel sink.

The magnet that holds the sprayer nozzle in place continues to work well after being pulled out often to switch it to the spray position and clean out our sink.

I purchased this faucet to replace an old model that was no longer in production. Overall I'm very pleased: it's heavy, solidly built, and the pull-out mechanism feels like it will last for many years. I'm posting this review because I was unable to find a description of the "Arctic" stainless finish when shopping, and I wanted to share with other shoppers that it is is blue-ish when compared with "regular" stainless steel finishes (e.g., on my sink, air gap, soap dispenser, stovetop, hood, fridge, etc). It's not a huge difference - my husband didn't notice - but it is visible enough to me that I considered returning the faucet (ended up deciding to keep it because of the excellent quality and price though).

Although we've only had this faucet for 3 months, we are now Delta converts. This is the best kitchen faucet we've owned. The pull out nozzle comes out smoothly AND goes back easily, thanks to the magnetic fitting. The flow of the water is excellent and the long reach of the spout perfect for our KOHLER K-3377-NA Swerve Self-Rimming Kitchen Sink, and the spray function toggles on and off easily. A sturdy faucet, better than faucets we've had from Danze, Moen, or Grohe. Looks modern and simple.

I got this faucet about a year ago. I ordered it because I (i.e. my wife) loved the design. I think it's absolutely beautiful in our kitchen. I was able to install it with no problem. It's pretty big, but I knew that coming in. We get a lot of compliments about it from family and friends. The snap-back magnet feature is a really nice feature. The sprayer button gets a little slippery and hard to push only when your hands are really soapy. Other than that, no problem at all. The angle the water comes out isn't perpendicular (straight down towards) with the sink. It sprays out at an angle just a bit, which can be a bit of a problem sometimes (take a good look at the angle of the opening versus the base in the picture). Overall, though, I've been very happy with it up to this point. Herein lies the problem:

I purchased it sometime around last January...maybe a bit earlier. Sometime in July, about seven months later, I started getting a HUGE water leak under my sink. I looked everywhere. I thought it might be the trap or one of the shutoff valves or supply lines. Nothing. I was then able to trace the leak back to the base of the faucet on the underside of the cabinet because the water was running down the outside of the supply lines. I had to keep my cold water turned off for several days. I contacted Delta, and with a teeny-tiny bit of a reserve and doubt, sent me a new inner cylinder. I've worked a lot with Delta faucets, so I am used to the little "springs and cups" that have always made up a Delta. This faucet has a much more complicated cylinder inside, though. As soon as I replaced the old cylinder (name?), the water leak went away. It was the innards of the faucet, no doubt.

This faucet is exceptional, and has exceeded our expectations. Installation was simple and well-documented. The mounting plate below the countertop surface is a great design that holds the faucet rigidly--important for pull-down faucets that get extra wear and tear as the sprayer is pulled out on a regular basis.

The spray pattern is excellent for doing dishes, and the switch between spray and regular is beefy with a positive "click" into each position. The magnetic retention on the sprayer works very well.

The clean lines of this faucet are graceful and will look great in any kitchen. The single-lever control has a great valve that meters hot/cold water proportionately throughout the range.

Shipping was quick with Amazon Prime.

I highly recommend this product.

First let me start out by saying I sometimes wish I could go back to the days when internet was not available and the only 'research' I did was reading the information on the boxes at the store. With that being said, I know I spent way too much time of my life reading reviews on pull down faucets and going to Home Depot and Lowe's multiple times to test out various features. It came to a point I had to hide what I was doing from my husband because he could not believe that I had not picked a faucet yet. I just really want to get the best product for our money and needs.

I narrowed down my search quickly to just Delta faucets because they are the only brand that has a Magnatite docking system so the faucet head stays in place. From other reviewers, a big pet peeve was that the faucet heads of various brands eventually hung down and would not stay securely docked. I was standing in Lowe's staring at all the faucets and an employee asked if I needed help. I said no, I have already done so much research, just trying to narrow it down. He said, well I will offer this one bit of info, go for the delta with the magnet because I just installed this one (referring to a moen) for my mother and the faucet head constantly hangs down. I just installed this faucet on 12/29/13 and have only been using it for 2 days, but I LOVE the magnet docking system!!

You may be saying, why is she writing a review after only 2 days? I am just so excited about this faucet and could certainly comment on installation, look, size, and function. Of course, I will update this review after months and maybe years regarding durability. I do dislike when people give a 4 or 5 star rating but say, "I haven't used it yet, but it looks like a great product, can't wait to try it". Really?
