ITS NICE TO SAVE YOUR MONEY. I DID TWICE .THIS TIME I BECOME AN EXPERT . ITS VERY EASY TO REPLACE THE BULB IN D.L.P. TV DO NOT PAY$300 .SAVE AROUND $200. ONE SHOULD KNOW HOW TO USE PHIILIPS SCREW DRIVER AND WIRE CUTTER.I DID NOT USED THE GLOVES CAME IN THE BOX. THEY WERE REALLY SMALL. YOU NEED A TIE WRAP FOR RE WIRING THIS LAMP WIRES TO THE HOLDER.I DID THIS REPAIR IN 15 MINUTES. NO LIE. IF I CAN DO THAT ANY BODY CAN DO IT ALSO.Mitsubishi 915P026010 TV Replacement Lamp SUPRISE YOUR WIFE YOU CAN REPAIR A BIG TV.

Save youself a few bucks over lamp already installed in housing.You need gloves, a zip tie ( not provided )and a small phillips screwdriver.Took about 15 minutes on my kitchen counter. Picture looks like it did when T.V. was new so I would say quality of bulb is the same or better than original.
