Quite simply, this is the best grill I have ever used. It burns hotter than anything else (when needed), is more easily controlled than anything else, and cleans up easier and more thoroughly than anything else. The included rotisserie works well and the rear burner cooks rotisserie-ed items perfectly.

Despite its high heat output, this grill doesn't suffer from flareups like cheaper grills - I no longer need to keep a squirt bottle handy when I'm grilling. My steaks come out seared, not charred.

The heat is even and easy to control. There are no hot spots, so I'm free to use the entire grill surface, without worrying about whether or not my food will burn. And, if I need it to cool down, the controls work great - there's a wide range of adjustment, and the knobs work linearly. I tried quesadillas on this grill and they cam out perfectly, with no burning.

Cleanup is simple too, also because of the high heat output. Just turn the burners up to max for 10 minutes after you're done cooking, and it burns everything on the grates to a fine ash, just like a self-cleaning oven. Just brush it off, and you're ready to go.

The only downside is that is it somewhat thirsty for propane, which is not unexpected given its heat output. That's a tradeoff I'm happy to accept any day, given how well this thing cooks.
