This is a small book of somewhat random thoughts from a youth leader. It's in a sort of bullet-point format, like that you would find in a gift book (except without all the picutres usually found in a gift book). Most of the information could be found online and it isn't long enough or organized enough to be of much use - but like I said, might make a nice gift book for a youth leader.

Furthermore, it is not for "youth workers," as its title implies, but for the youth leader/director/pastor. I found most of the advice to be useless as a youth volunteer, though it did give me a slightly better perspective into the mind of our youth director.
