Yes, I said it.' That was one customers reaction on her blog a year ago when we announced our long-term vision to alleviate 'wrap rage' by offering products in Amazon Frustration-Free Packaging. No dreaded wire ties. No impenetrable plastic clamshells. Since then, weve shipped more than 1 million items in new Frustration-Free Packaging and now offer over 350 different products from 30 manufacturers, including Mattel, Logitech, Fisher-Price, Garmin, and Seventh Generation, as well as Amazon brands Kindle and AmazonBasics. In April, we added Packaging Feedback, which allows customers to rate packaging, upload images, and leave comments. Wed like to thank 116,285 customers worldwide who have already participated and rated 206,149 packages. Were also excited to announce the launch of Frustration-Free Packaging Certification. Were inviting manufacturers to send their products to our labs for free analysis and feedback on how their packaging can become Frustration-Free Certified, compact and painless to open.
