"A Beautiful Mine" is the title theme from the television series, "Mad Men," and is a captivating bit of music for the length of the opening title sequence of the show. It does not, however, hold up as a full-length piece, because it is primarily a loop of the main theme played over and over and over again, leaving one to wonder if that snippet contains the only good bars of music that the composer could write. A big disappointment.
