My kids love this show; but it kept pausing then going. I don't think it was my internet as other videos were able to be played without interruptions.

I would start of that I would give this show 3 stars but added an extra star because how much my kids love this show. Why would I give it 3 stars? The episodes do not portray many of animal features correctly- not because the animal talks but rather features on the animals are misrepresented. Wild Krats do a much better job- my kids like them a lot. Diego does provide some bilingual exposure and a decent intro to different animals and some features. Its a lot better than most of junk on tv like Sponge Bob. Diego gets my kids engaged and even moving so for the kid appeal and some educational benefit, its worth 4 stars.

It's nice to see a learning cartoon that has a boy main character. Seems many of the learning programs are very girly and the cartoons with male influence seem to be around fighting... super heroes and fighting turtles.

Diego falls on the low to mid level of annoying children's shows. There are a ton of animals to learn about, which is all my son really takes away from this show.
