I sent this dvd to my step mother who is careing for my father who has Alzheimerz straight from Amazon, it was so bad she sent it back to me and I watched it and she was right, it is very low quality dvd with an old woman rambling on in a voice that makes fingernails on the chalk board sound soothing about nothing that would be helpful to an Alzhiemers care giver. Don't wast your money on this dvd.
