Last night, I went upstairs to tuck my kids in bed with a little goodnight story. They were wide awake, and couldn't wait for the special treat of having mommy read a story before bed. I made sure to choose a nice story with a good moral and a happy ending. I picked, "That's Not Your Mommy Anymore".
"That's Not Your Mommy Anymore" begins a lot like other children's books. Mom is in the kitchen baking apple pies, and doing motherly things. But pretty soon, she starts to turn a little different. For starters, she's green. And she's taken to biting people, which any child knows is not allowed! But the clever boy in the story knows exactly what to do, and is able to hide and escape with his dog.
Now, after reading my children the story, they will know exactly what to do if I start shambling around the house, or attacking random strangers. Rest well, little ones. Now you can escape the zombie apocalypse as well.
