I received the tape from A.M Leonard through Amazon. Prime isn't an option. so I was concerned about how long it would take to receive it. I ordered on May 20 and it arrived on May 24 via USPS. Pretty snappy delivery time.

It doesn't come with instructions, in case you've never used budding tape. It stretches both lengthwise and widthwise. It is initially translucent. It becomes transparent...and self-adhesive...as it stretches. If you don't stretch it enough, it won't adhere. If you stretch it too much, it will tear. It is also perforated at approximately 3-inch lengths. Even shorter lengths are easily torn by hand without using a knife or scissors.

I'm using it to prevent the cut ends of fig tree cuttings from drying out while they are rooting. The tape has been very successful for me.
