Most Unusual Governess,
By
This review is from: Most Unusual Governess (Hardcover)
Lady Templeton took it upon herself to hire Miss Sarah Davenport when she noticed she was more fit to be a governess then a companion. Lady Templeton was impressed with Miss Davenport's frank personality. After a series of governesses, Lady Templeton thought Sarah would do well raising the orphaned children and would not be afraid of Lord James Randall. At 28, Lord James Randall most now bear the responsibility of raising his nephews and niece after his brother and sister in law die in an accident. He is a perfectionist and his overbearing ways are a perfect match with Miss Davenport's outspoken manner. What makes it more interesting is that there are other characters in the book whose real personalities and true character come to light. Clean romance with witty dialogue.

This book had a predictable plot that was interesting enough for me to finish, but was poorly written. A high school student could have written this novel.
