The list author says: "Here's what I use for my P90X routines.
In addition to the other items on this list, I recommend:
Sweat bands (for your forehead) to keep the sweat out of your eyes and face. Exercise gloves, to prevent blisters when doing pull-ups and lifting weights, and to prevent slipping on the yoga mat. Sturdy cross-training shoes / sneakers.
And some stuff you'll probably already have:
Chair or stool. You'll use it to help complete your pull-ups, you'll use it for dips, and you'll use it for swing kicks. Floor-standing mirror. Very helpful to check your form. DVD player or laptop. Camera. You should take pictures before, during (1-month, 2-month), and after (3-month)."
"You can use exercise bands instead of the dumbbells. They're okay for getting started, but eventually you'll want to switch to dumbbells because using the bands is a real hassle."
