Call this dream pop if you like, this Belgian 3 piece led by properly ethereal Marjan Snykers sounds a lot like a softer version of UK's State of Grace, but you can add Delerium, Chimera, Faith and Disease and other Projekt style bands I would refer to as "ambient goth", rather than the softer Cocteau Twins style this is often related to in the limited press notices available (Robin Guthrie makes a cameo appearance here, maybe that's why). Call it anything you want, this kind of music may be old, but it works if the vocals are pure enough and the melodies are pleasant to the ears. Score two for two, I liked this very much. But, it is a dated style of music that had its day, so I'm not sure how much piling on really helps. Still, pretty darn good for a debut CD, and it deserves a wider audience stateside.
