There is little or no narration in this touching story of poor Ethiopian women who suffer lasting social repercussions due to damage done to their bodies by difficult labors and births. A hospital in Addis Adaba is devoted to literally giving new lives to damaged women through relatively simple surgical procedures.
One woman sums it up by embracing her surgeon, and calling him a "blessed man." An amazing video.... |
