Seemed to help, but price is way, way too high . . .
on March 26, 2014
I have been diagnosed as a major depressive. My daughter, who is a life coach and is degreed in health psychology, bought it for me. While I was taking the bottle she purchased, my demeanor seemed milder than before, and after it ran out, some of my symptoms seemed to return. So I decided to continue it.
However, I found that the single bottle would cost me $50 after shipping. (Why does it cost them $10 to ship that little bottle?) That is too much, so I looked for alternatives, starting with the ingredients in the product itself. The first four ingredients are a couple B vitamins, calcium and magnesium, but their potencies are so weak that I disregarded them. What I would consider the "active" ingredients are Passion Flower, Ashwagandha, and L-Theanine.
Checking with an online vendor, I found I can get those three in extract form for a total of about $23 -- $18 for the three plus about $5 shipping. So that's what I'm going to do. I would much rather take this one product, but I just don't believe they are trying to sell it at a fair price.
