The seller is reliable and courteous. However, the product was not to my liking for the following reasons:1) auto-dialer injected hum on the phone lines throughout the house. 2) can't use answering machine with auto-dialer. (AAS does offer a GSM cellular unit to bypass landlines, you must arrange for cellphone plan) 3) motion sensors are large and have unsightly large antennas. 4) flimsy 9V battery connectors. I returned the unit for a prompt refund and went with SimpliSafe. It uses a cellphone link, which is included in the $15 monthly charge for alarm monitoring. The equipment is considerably more upscale than the AAS unit. No visible antennas! |
